Get to know a little about our passion for coffee

BrasCafé was born in 2019 from a dream of 14 coffee growers who observed the market for buying and selling coffee and decided to act in the market in an innovative way.

The customer is our focus, we sell what he wants to buy, delivering the blend according to desired characteristics and needs.

Yes, we are 14 people of different generations, with different experiences, but with a common dream: to deliver the best coffee, nurturing the passion for the land in a responsible and sustainable way.

From century-old farms to the most recent ones, the passion is the same: respect for the customs inherited from generation to generation, allied to what is most modern in the coffee industry.

Analysis Laboratory

We perform the classification and tasting of all the coffees, identifying the best grains with perfect balance, all done by certified professionals (Q Graders).

Traceability

Understanding that it is not only the roasting process or even the preparation mode that determines the quality of a coffee, we establish tracking in each process from the soil preparation for planting until it reaches the hands of our customers

Storage

We work with storage in bags (1.5t). Our warehouse meets all the specifications for an excellent conservation of the beans.

Machinery

Our machines are capable of receiving coffee in its natural shell or already peeled. We perform the entire process of peeling, cleaning, sorting by size and by color.

Road Scale

We guarantee the value of the cargo by weighing all goods that enter or leave our facilities.

Blends

We are focused on the solution for our customers, therefore, we deliver the blend according to the desired characteristics and needs.

Roasting

We develop roasting profiles following all the variables of the process: initial and final temperatures and their curve, time, and air flow inside the drum. Arriving at the specific roasting profile for each client.

Our region

Espírito Santo do Pinhal, the coffee land

We are located in Espírito Santo do Pinhal, known as the Queen of the Mountains, since it is surrounded by the Mantiqueira Mountains. Besides the altitude of the mountains (800m – 1,400m), the hot and rainy summer climate contrasts with the dry and mild winter, favoring the perfect conditions for planting the best coffee fruits in the country.​
We also operate in other locations in the State of São Paulo, including the following: Santo Antônio do Jardim, Aguaí, São João da Boa Vista, Água da Prata, Estiva Gerbi, Mogi Guaçú and Itapira.
In 2023, we opened a new branch in the in the south of Minas Gerais, incorporating their famous coffee quality and culture into our group.

Structure

Strategically located in the city center, in a total area of 30,000m2, we have all the necessary structure to handle all kinds of coffee.
We have the capacity to store approximately 80 thousand coffee bags, with space to receive products from our growers and partners. Additionally, we also have a laboratory for quality control and a sector for coffee roasting and tasting.
